FBR  Monitoring Housing Societies

 According to sources, Agrix Cooperative Society, Sui Gas Cooperative Society, The Cooperative Engineers Town, PIA Cooperative Housing Society, PCSIR, Military Accounts Society, LDA Employees Housing Society, Nasheman Iqbal, LCCI Co. Withholding monitoring of 70 housing schemes including Society, The National Bank Officers, The Government Officers Cooperative Society, and Abdalians Housing Society has been started.

  FBR sources said that the management of all co-operative housing societies is required to deduct tax on the sale purchase of property and submit it to the FBR. The tax deduction will be reviewed according to the non-filer rate. Tax deduction on sale and purchase of the property will be deducted and action will be taken against the cooperative housing societies which do not pay the FBR.

In addition, lenders of banks, expensive schools, medical labs and hospital buildings have also come under the radar of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). FBR teams will also collect records of rent from the police database along with the Excise Department.

  ایف بی آر ذرائع نے بتایا کہ تمام کوآپریٹو ہاؤسنگ سوسائٹیوں کے انتظامیہ کو لازم ہے کہ وہ جائیداد کی فروخت خرید پر ٹیکس کی کٹوتی کریں اور ایف بی آر کو پیش کریں۔ نان فائلر کی شرح کے مطابق ٹیکس میں کٹوتی کا جائزہ لیا جائے گا۔ جائیداد کی خرید و فروخت پر ٹیکس میں کٹوتی کی جائے گی اور کوآپریٹو ہاؤسنگ سوسائٹیوں کے خلاف کارروائی کی جائے گی جو ایف بی آر کو ادائیگی نہیں کرتی ہیں۔

اس کے علاوہ بینکوں ، مہنگے اسکولوں ، میڈیکل لیبوں اور اسپتال کی عمارتوں کے قرض دینے والے بھی فیڈرل بورڈ آف ریونیو (ایف بی آر) کے ریڈار کے نیچے آگئے ہیں۔ ایف بی آر کی ٹیمیں محکمہ ایکسائز کے ساتھ پولیس ڈیٹا بیس سے کرایہ کے ریکارڈ بھی اکٹھا کریں گی۔
