New Arms Licence Types and Requirements

Arms license are issues to different persons who fulfill the requirement. New Arms Licences are issued under diferent categories which are dicussed below.

New Arms Licence Types and Requirements

 Checklist for New Arms Licence (NPB)- Private

a) Application to the Section Officer (Arms)

b) Photocopy of CNIC (Attested)

c) Being filer and having their names borne on active tax payers list of the FBR with ceiling of not less than fifty thousand Rupees per annum.

d) Verification of Police / Character Certificate.

e) Affidavit attested by the Notri Public

Checklist for New Arms Licence (NPB) - Federal Employees

a) Application to the Section Officer (Arms)

b) Photocopy of CNIC (Attested)

c) Being filer and having their names borne on active tax payers list of the FBR with ceiling of not less than fifty thousand Rupees per annum; and

d) Verification of Police / Charac ter Certificate

e) All documents forwarded through concerned department / Ministry.

Checklist for New Arms Licence (PB)- Government Officers

a) Application to the Section Officer (Arms)

b) Photocopy of CNIC (Attested)

c) Service Certificate

d) All documents forwarded through concerned department / Ministry.

Checklist for New Arms Licence (PB) - Private

a) Application to the Section Officer (Arms)

b) Photocopy of CNIC (Attested)

c) Being filer and having their names borne on active tax payers list of the FBR with ceiling of not less than one hundred thousand Rupees per annum attested from concerned FBR office, and

d) Verification of Police/ Character Certificate.

e) Affidavit attested by the Notri Public

نئے اسلحہ لائسنس کے لیے چیک لسٹ (NPB)- پرائیویٹ

 سیکشن آفیسر (آرمز) کو درخواست

 CNIC  فوٹو کاپی (تصدیق شدہ)

c) فائلر ہونے کے ناطے اور ان کے نام ایف بی آر کی فعال ٹیکس دہندگان کی فہرست میں شامل ہوں جن کی حد پچاس ہزار روپے سالانہ سے کم نہ ہو۔

پولیس / کریکٹر سرٹیفکیٹ کی تصدیق۔

e) نوٹری پبلک کے ذریعہ تصدیق شدہ حلف نامہ

       نئے اسلحہ لائسنس (NPB)   وفاقی ملازمینکے لیے چیک لسٹ 

a) سیکشن آفیسر (آرمز) کو درخواست

ب) CNIC کی فوٹو کاپی (تصدیق شدہ)

c) فائلر ہونے کے ناطے اور ان کے نام ایف بی آر کی فعال ٹیکس دہندگان کی فہرست میں موجود ہوں جن کی حد پچاس ہزار روپے سالانہ سے کم نہ ہو۔ اور

d) پولیس کی تصدیق/Carac ter سرٹیفکیٹ

e) تمام دستاویزات متعلقہ محکمہ/وزارت کے ذریعے بھیجی گئیں۔

نئے اسلحہ لائسنس (PB) کے لیے چیک لسٹ - سرکاری افسران

a) سیکشن آفیسر (آرمز) کو درخواست

ب) CNIC کی فوٹو کاپی (تصدیق شدہ)

c) سروس سرٹیفکیٹ

d) تمام دستاویزات متعلقہ محکمہ/وزارت کے ذریعے بھیجے گئے ہیں۔

نئے اسلحہ لائسنس (PB) کے لیے چیک لسٹ - پرائیویٹ

a) سیکشن آفیسر (آرمز) کو درخواست

ب) CNIC کی فوٹو کاپی (تصدیق شدہ)

c) فائلر ہونا اور ان کے نام ایف بی آر کی فعال ٹیکس دہندگان کی فہرست میں موجود ہیں جس کی زیادہ سے کم ایک لاکھ روپے سالانہ کی حد متعلقہ ایف بی آر آفس سے تصدیق شدہ ہے، اور

د) پولیس / کریکٹر سرٹیفکیٹ کی تصدیق۔

e) نوٹری پبلک کے ذریعہ تصدیق شدہ حلف نامہ
