... گنتی کے دوران ہر ووٹ کا سیریل نمبر چیک کر کے گنتی کروائے ۔جب ایک بھی ووٹ اس کو سیریل نمبر سے مطابقت ھوتا ھوا نظر نہ آئے تو اس کو ریجیکٹڈ میں ڈالا جانا ضروری ہے ورنہ اس پریذائیڈنگ افسر کے خلاف قانونی کاروائی ھو سکتی ہے ۔ اگر ہر پولنگ سٹیشن پر ایخنٹ کارکنوں کویہ سارا کچھ سمجھا دیا جائے تو جو منصوبہ دھاندلی کا بنایا جا رھا ہے  اس کو روکا جا سکتا ہے ۔

... دھاندلی عموما” اس وقت کی جاتی ہے جب ہر پولنگ سٹیشن پر تقربا” دو تین صد جعلی بیلٹ پیپر پہنچا دیے جاتے ہیں جو خاص ووٹرز کو مہیا کیے جاتے ہیں ۔اس لیے ہر وو ٹرز کی پولنگ سٹیشن میں جانے سے پہلے مکمل تلا شی کا انتظام اگر ھو سکے تو  پھر دھاندلی مشکل ھے دوسری صورت میں اوپر والا طریقہ جو بتایا ہے اس پر عمل کیا جائے ۔

.... اگر الیکشن کمیشن کا عملہ اگر ملا ھوا ہو تو بھی گنتی کے وقت سیریل نمبر چیک کرنے سے  کافی حد تک دھاندلی کو روکا جا سکتا ہے ۔

... ہر ایجنٹ گنتی سے پہلے پریذائیڈنگ افسر سے یہ ضرور پو چھے کہ اس کو کتنے بیلٹ پیپر وصول ھوئے اور کتنے استعمال ھوئے اور باقی بیلٹ پیپر کو چیک کرے کہ واقعی وہ باقی بیلٹ پیپر موجود ہیں ۔
