 Succession certificate required where deceased left movable Assets and his/her legal hire’s wants to get his movable assets according to their legal shares

 Movable property or movable assets mean amounts deposits in any bank, amount deposit in postal Life Insurance, state life, stock shares, or savings certificates these are the moveable property of the deceased

 Steps to get the succession certificate r letter of administrations are

 Step: 1                     

  Submission of application:

The applicant will provide his all details like National Identity Number death certificate of the deceased and details of the legal Heirs of the deceased, while submitting an application.

 Step: 2

 Details of assets and legal Heirs

 The applicant will provide all the details of the Assets of deceased and details of the legal Heirs and any other relevant document that sport is the version to get the letter of Administration or succession certificate

Verification and innocent

 Legal Heirs of the deceased will visit the Nadra office for the biometric verification and provide detail for the verification of the application to get the letter of Administration

 Advertisement

 Nadra will advertise/publish the notice for the general public at large for seeking any objection in the daily newspaper.

 Step 5

 Printing and delivery

 If there is no objection raised by any person from the general public or by  any other relevant person within 14 days of the publication of the advertisement in newspaper then succession certificate or letter of Administration will be printed and handed over to the applicant.

  Fees:

 Processing Fees

1. Nadra will charge Rs: 20,000 if assets are more than 100 thousand

 2. Nadra will charge a fee of Rs: 10,000, if Assets of the deceased is less than 100 thousand rupees

 Fees for duplicate certificate

 If any legal heirs want to get duplicate certificate of succession/letter of Administration then he has to submit Rs: 5,000 rupees duplicate certificate fees

 Online verification of succession certificate

 If someone wants to verify his letter of administration/succession certificate online then he has to pay a rupees 50 to Nadra as processing fee.
