"محفوظ" فاصلے پر رہنا چاہئے۔ آپ کو جی پی ایس کڑا پہننا ہوگا۔ سزا کسی پناہ گاہ اور / یا تھانے میں ہوگی۔

8. کم سے کم 6 ماہ اور 3 سال تک کی سزا ہوسکتی ہے۔ ایک لاکھ تک جرمانہ ہوگا ، اگر ادا نہ کیا گیا تو مزید 3 سال قید کی سزا ہوگی۔

9. اس کے ساتھ آنے والا بھی برابر قید ہوگا ، یعنی ماں اور باپ دونوں ہی مجرم ہوں گے

تمام بڑی سیاسی جماعتوں کے حق میں ووٹ ڈالنے کے ساتھ ہی بل کو بجٹ اجلاس میں جلدی میں منظور کیا گیا۔

جماعت اسلامی کے سینیٹر مشتاق احمد ، پروفیسر ساجد میر ، ڈاکٹر حافظ عبدالکریم اور جمعیت علمائے اسلام کے پانچ سینیٹرز نے اس کی مخالفت کی۔ سینیٹر مشتاق احمد نے بھی تقریر کی اور اس کی تباہی سے آگاہ کیا۔ ایک ٹاک شو میں ، انہوں نے کہا کہ وہ رات کے وقت اس کے اثرات کے بارے میں سوچ کر نہیں سو سکتے ہیں۔

والدین کو مورد الزام ٹھہرانا ایک ایجنڈا ہے۔ اس کے بہت سے مقاصد ہیں۔ جب والدین ان قوانین کے تحت جیل جائیں گے ، تو وہ اپنے بچے پیدا کرنے کے بارے میں بھی سوچیں گے۔ نوجوان شادی سے آزادی چاہتے ہیں۔ یہاں تک کہ اگر شادی ہوتی ہے تو ، گھریلو زندگی ان قوانین کی گرفت میں رہے گی۔ اگر اس کے بچے ہیں تو وہ جیل کی ہوا کھانے سے ڈر جائے گی۔ ان ذمہ داریوں کو کون پورا کرے گا؟ پھر خواتین مارچ کا تصور موجود ہے۔ ذرا انھیں یاد رکھنا۔ بغیر شادی کے زندگی ، گھر کی دیکھ بھال کرنے سے انکار ، میری مرضی کے مطابق بچے پیدا کرنے سے انکار ، طلاق میں آسانی اور اسے خوبصورت بنائیں۔ مغربی معاشرے کی ایک جھلک کا تصور کریں

اس سے خاندانی نظام پر بہت گمراہ کن اثر پڑے گا۔ یہ ایک واضح ایجنڈا ہے جس میں بہت واضح اہداف ہیں۔

اس کے تحت نکاح کی عمر میں اضافہ کرنا ، نکاح کو مشکل اور یہاں تک کہ ناممکن بنانا ، طلاق کو قابل تعریف اور آسان بنانا ہے۔ ہڈوڈ آرڈیننس ، مردوں پر انگوٹھی پہننے کے قوانین ، غیرت کے نام پر قتل سے متعلق قوانین ، عدالتی شادیوں میں آسانی ، خواجہ سراؤں کا تحفظ ، ہم جنس پرستی اور اسقاط حمل سے متعلق کچھ قوانین جاری ہیں۔

ماروی سرمد یہ نہیں کہتے کہ ببانگ دہل کہتے ہیں کہ یہ ملک سیکولر ہوجائے گا۔

چونکہ وہ مالی اعانت کاروں کی طاقت ، دولت اور ایجنڈے کو جانتی ہے ، لہذا وہ ان کے ساتھ کام کرتی ہے۔
