 Lamar Jackson leaves the game with a knee injury after a sack

 Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson was precluded until the end of a game Sunday against Denver with a knee injury subsequent to being Sacked on the last play of the principal quarter.

The Baltimore star emerged from the sideline tent shortly after leaving and went down Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson left a game against Denver on Sunday with a tunnel, leaving backup Tyler Huntley in charge of the offense. Jackson seemed to be walking okay, if not very quickly. He struggled to ascend stairs near the locker room, as captured by cameras.

Jackson's absence from the game was made public by the Ravens at the start of the second half.

Jackson's ankle injury in December of last year ruined Baltimore's season. He has not missed a game this season for Baltimore, which is 7-4 and shares the AFC North lead with Cincinnati Bengals.

The Ravens trailed 6-3 at halftime after Huntley completed his first six passes.

If Jackson's injury keeps him out for a long time, it would obviously be major news. Additionally, it comes after a breakdown in contract negotiations between the team and him prior to the season. Jackson has no long-term contract.
